1. Services

DS Creations Ltd provides printing, branding and design services as described on our website. Service availability, pricing and turnaround times are confirmed at the time of order.

2. Orders & Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to change based on final specifications. An order is confirmed only after written approval of the quotation and artwork.

3. Artwork & Proofs

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork. We provide proofs for approval; once approved, DS Creations Ltd is not liable for errors in the printed material.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed per order. Work may commence after receipt of the agreed deposit. Full payment is due before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery timelines are estimates. Free delivery applies within Westlands and Nairobi as stated. Courier delivery to other counties is charged accordingly.

6. Returns & Reprints

Reprints are provided only for errors attributable to DS Creations Ltd after proof approval. No returns are accepted for approved work.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients warrant they hold rights to all supplied artwork. DS Creations Ltd retains rights to its own designs until full payment is made.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
